   Our fresh garlic is gently harvested

   (no big machinery!), hung to cure and

   then trimmed and brush cleaned by

   hand.

Loose garlic in string bags:

200g / $8 (2-4 bulbs dep. on size)

           1kg  / $38 (10-15 bulbs dep. on size)

Did you know ...

  

FRESH GARLIC  should be kept in a dry, cool, airy, place.  Stored properly, our Turban variety will keep until May/June before the bulbs start shooting again with next year's growth.  The Creoles will last until October/November.

 

for EASIER PEELING, separate garlic cloves and soak in water for 5-8 minutes.  The water softens the skins and makes them easier to peel.
